After many months of not having a Phase experience, I suddenly had one this morning. I think it was triggered by reading Kate’s latest Phase journal entry. Anyway, I woke up around 5 am and answered some emails. Then got sleepy after about 30 minutes. During that in between dream and waking time, I was noticed my hand touching my thigh under my underwear. I don’t know why my mind was drawn there. But also was aware that I was a bit paralyzed and thought this is a good time to go into the Phase. So I focused on leaving my body. As I did so, I felt like I became some kind of amorphous entity that was in everything at once. It was a very pleasant sensation to be everywhere at once. After floating in that state for some time, some other events took place but I forgot what it was. I woke up to the sun coming through the window.
