Now that you have mastered getting into the Phase and maintaining it, there are several important things that will help you move around and use your Phase time more efficiently.
It is a good idea at first to spend some time just enjoying being in the Phase world with all of its little details and unfamiliar laws. Walk around, examine everything, touch, smell, bite… Learn how to run, jump, fall, fly, swim. It is a totally new and exciting world!
Once you are in a deep Phase state, moving through objects – walls, closed doors, fences – becomes difficult. Think about getting to the other side, quickly run or jump through the object and close your eyes or blur your vision right before entrance.
If you have ever flown in your dreams, you know how it feels. From where you are standing, try to fly up. If this does not work, try to jump up and stay in the air. Jumping out of the window can be scary in a deep Phase and can lead to unfortunate consequences, if you are actually not in the Phase. Once you are in the air, fly quickly and keep maintaining: slow flying will lead to the end of the Phase experience.
The Phase does not limit a practitioner by the laws of the physical world, so developing superpowers can be fun. If you need an object, you can attract it with your sight. You can move distant objects by the power of your thoughts. You can light up objects or turn them into something else. A practitioner can turn into an animal at will.
If a practitioner wants to get to a specific place, they can close their eyes and concentrate on an image of the target place. They will feel as if they are flying quickly somewhere and in several seconds they will find themselves in that place. Another option is to create a door, imagine a target place behind it and open the door.
If a practitioner wants to see someone, they can call a person out loud and the person will show up. To look for an object, just imagine it being around the corner, or in the case of a small object, imagine that it is in your hand or pocket and it will appear.
Sometimes a practitioner confronts fear or aggression coming from Phase objects. The main thing to remember here is that you have control over everything in the Phase. You can eliminate the object exhibiting aggression, move away from it or make it disappear by concentrating your mind. If you have any hidden worries or fears, the Phase is the place to confront and get rid of them!
Last but not least, about the emergency exit. Usually the goal is to stay in the Phase for as long as possible, but in the rare case when you want to leave it, simply think about your physical body and you will find yourself there.
