Before you start learning individual techniques, it is helpful to get an overall picture of how to approach mastering the OBE state.

No matter what you do, it should not disturb your natural physical and physiological comfort. Practicing the OBE state should be a natural part of your life, not a disruption. For a successful practice, you need to have a good night’s sleep at least several times a week. When practicing, strictly follow the instructions. In the beginning, do not try to enter the Phase more than 2-3 times a week no matter what the results are. The best time is the weekend when you do not need to wake up early.
The first and most important step to master is entering the OBE state. It is not necessary to learn all the techniques; just take those that work and move on.
The second step is to learn to deepen while in the Phase so that every experience is hyper-realistic.
The third step is to maintain the OBE state so that the experience lasts as long as possible.
After you are comfortable with the three steps above, you may want to learn how this state can be manipulated and the practical applications of this phenomenon.
Please note that this practice is effective only when performed regularly, at least once a week. Two to four times a week is even better but this is not the limit!
