Out-Of-Body Experience (OBE) is a dissociative condition when:
1. A person is fully conscious and aware, and
2. A person recognizes a complete separation from their physical body.
Other terms like Lucid Dreaming, Astral Projection, Near Death Experience, etc., are widely used to describe similar conditions. Michael Raduga introduced the term Phase to incorporate all of the states mentioned above. Within the scope of this website, all of these terms and conditions are considered the same (until we prove otherwise) and we will be using the terms OBE or the Phase interchangeably.
Out-of-Body or Phase experience differs sensorily and perceptually from everyday life, which is difficult to imagine or explain without getting first hand experience. Raduga believes that the Phase is an unexplored state of mind where one is unable to control or feel the physical body. Instead, space perception is filled with realistic phantom experiences.
Contrary to popular belief, this phenomenal state is accessible to all of us and is quite easy to master if one diligently follows the techniques described by Michael Raduga. Once mastered, it adds another dimension to everyday life. It is possible that in the future all humans will consciously exist in two worlds: awake and in the Phase.
It makes no difference how you interpret the Phase phenomenon: as an intermediate state of the brain getting into the subconscious mind or as a transfer to another level of the esoteric world. The techniques presented here will help you learn to get into the Phase and then leave you to practice and interpret your own experiences for yourself.
When you suddenly realize that you are as real as you can be but are standing somewhere that is not in the physical world, many of our assumptions about the nature of life and reality can be challenged. This is one of the most amazing experiences a person can have!
Whatever the nature of the Phase may be – a state of mind or an external experience – it provides us with an opportunity to visit any part of the world or universe; to see people who are out of reach in real life, including relatives and the deceased; to become anyone or anything; to communicate with the enormous resources of the subconscious mind and obtain information from it; to realize desires that are unattainable in real life; to model anything in real time; to influence physiology and more. And these experiences will be as real and vivid as real life, even more so.
